Ophthalmology referral services are provided by Veterinary Ophthalmologist Julia Henken BVM BVS PGCertSAOphthal MRCVS of Eye Right Referrals. Julia provides a comprehensive range of ophthalmology services in house from major centres in Scotland and one of those is our own veterinary hospital in Stirling.
Julia is the lead veterinary ophthalmologist and will personally oversee the treatment of your pet from initial consultation, through medical or surgical treatment to follow up and after care.
The ophthalmology department, offers state-of-the-art equipment and expertise, allowing treatments for many complex ocular conditions including:
- Corneal diseases
- Cataract surgery
- Complex eye lid surgery
- Glaucoma treatment
