Parasite 4As of Saturday 26th December 2020, Stirling will be moving to level 4 of the local protection levels. Veterinary practices are considered essential and allowed to stay open.  Unfortunately, routine appointments such as boosters and neutering will not take place until we return to level 3. Puppy and kitten vaccinations will carry on as normal.

During this time, we are continuing to take precautions to keep our clients and staff safe:

  • Booked appointments – please wait in your car and call reception to let us know you have arrived, one of our vets or nurses will then call you or come to your car to speak to you. The vet or nurse will then take your pet into the building for a clinical examination, before coming out to discuss their findings with you, and making a plan with you for ongoing care.
  • Repeat prescription – During level 4 if you need to order food or medication please call us and we can organise free delivery of your prescription.
  • Please wear a mask while interacting with staff.
  • Please call and cancel your pet's appointment if you are showing signs of coronavirus (fever/dry cough/shortness of breath, changes in taste) of or if you have been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus. In an emergency we have a protocol to see pets from households where a member has corona virus. We ask that you please inform us so we can help your pet but also stay safe.

Our clinic in Dunblane is open for limited hours, to help us all remain safe, we ask that;

  • Only one client is in the practice at a time.
  • Only one person visits per pet.
  • You wear a mask when you enter the building.
  • You use the hand gel on entry of the building and again when leaving.
  • If you are showing signs of coronavirus (fever/dry cough/shortness of breath, changes in taste)  or if you have been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus, please call and cancel your appointment
  • Please be aware that when the clinic in Dunblane is closed the lines are redirected to our Stirling hospital.
