EMERGENCIES
In any emergency situation involving a pet, whether during the day or at night, TELEPHONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Vital instructions may be given over the phone, and staff and equipment prepared.
If you arrive at the hospital, unannounced, especially out-of-hours, staff may not be authorised to admit you and there may be a delay in your pet receiving treatment.

Outside normal hours a recorded message will direct you to choose one of two options which will put you straight through to the Broadleys on-call vet or our bespoke out-of-hours service, VET 999.
