EMERGENCIES
In any emergency situation involving a pet, whether during the day or at night, TELEPHONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Vital instructions may be given over the phone, and staff and equipment prepared.
If you arrive at the hospital, unannounced, especially out-of-hours, staff may not be authorised to admit you and there may be a delay in your pet receiving treatment.
